We started Ecnomus Construction in 2009 as a focused, detail obsessed renovation and construction firm. We have completed dozens of awesome projects with a distinct leaning toward Scandinavian, mid-century, contemporary and modern aesthetics that are designed and built to be timeless.
We want to simplify complex and interesting renovation projects to provide a great experience to the people we work for and deliver lasting results of the highest quality. We’ve been completing gorgeous renovations since 2009 with a strict attention to detail and cleanliness.
Here’s how we work:
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We want to learn about you, how you live and what needs to change.
PRELIMINARY SCOPE AND HIGH-LEVEL BUDGET
We will provide you with a scope that we assemble with you and a high-level budget for it.
If our scope and budget are a go we move on to design!
DESIGN
The renovation type and scope that you’re embarking on determines the level of design and consultant input required. Regardless of the requirement we can bring you through the design process and out the other end permit in hand!
DETAILED FINAL BUDGET
Once we have the design and the scope fully nailed down and we are completely aligned, we can provide you with a complete and detailed final budget. We work from a quote for your project or operate on an open book project management basis, the choice is up to you.
CONSTRUCTION
We’re ready for construction! Everyday we work with your best interests in mind, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for us and our trusted subtrades to work in.
We always strive to keep to our construction schedule and communicate any changes to you immediately, maintaining our commitments to accountability and transparency.
Renovation construction can lead to unexpected bumps in the road, we consistently mitigate them to keep the impact as minimal as possible.
